EquipSpan publishes its provider identity, product boundaries, privacy information, billing model, export options and practical security controls. It does not claim enterprise certifications it has not obtained.
Role-based access
Owner, manager and technician roles keep account administration, office management and assigned field execution distinct.
Private evidence
Documents, photographs and signatures are stored inside the tenant database and delivered through authenticated application routes.
Encrypted backups
Daily encrypted product backups include tenant databases, BLOB evidence, runtime, source and configuration. Copies are checksum-verified on a separate custody server.
Exportable records
CSV reports, PDFs and equipment evidence ZIP packages help the business preserve and use its own operational information.
Payment separation
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for subscriptions. EquipSpan does not receive or store the customer’s full card details.
Your business retains control of its data
The customer retains its rights in the records and files it uploads. EquipSpan processes that material to provide, secure, back up and support the service; it does not sell personal data or use workspace records for behavioural advertising.
Read-only access after the trial
When the trial expires, operational changes are restricted, but existing records, search, PDFs, reports and exports remain available. This allows the business to review and recover its information before choosing a paid plan.
Human judgment remains explicit
Coverage, safety, compliance, accounting and technical decisions remain the customer’s responsibility. EquipSpan organises the evidence and activity; it does not certify legal or engineering conclusions.
