The product must remain useful beside existing systems. It should not win by becoming a smaller copy of every FSM suite.
What the proposed workflow would change
Not advanced dispatch
A basic work context may fit; routing, optimization and workforce control are outside the initial promise.
Not accounting or ERP
Quotes and economic follow-up may belong in the workflow, but fiscal accounting does not.
Not automatic warranty law
Coverage is a documented human assessment, never an automatic legal determination.
What remains a hypothesis
EquipSpan is currently a product concept under organic validation. These workflows describe the intended scope, not software that is already generally available. The research must show that qualifying companies share this problem, accept a contained product and are willing to pay before full development is authorised.
